A Place of Restoration

North Fork is a place of restoration, transformation and empowerment. We believe that every young man who walks through our doors has a plan and a purpose for his life. Our team develops an individualized treatment plan to equip each resident with the skills and supports he needs to overcome his challenges and achieve his full potential.

It’s All About Relationships

Healthy relationships are at the core of everything we do at North Fork and are an essential part of the treatment that takes place on our campus. We strive to build meaningful relationships with our residents and with each other, which creates a culture of trust, respect and concern for one another. It is within this context that true healing and growth can occur.

Striving for Excellence

We help our young men discover their strengths and talents. We teach them to believe in themselves and strive for excellence so they can become successful, productive members of their communities. Whether their goal is to return to their family, be placed in an adoptive home, or prepare for independent living, we strive to lay a firm and lasting foundation for them.

Resident & Staff Testimonials

  • North Fork Logo

North Fork gave me a positive outlook on my life when I had nothing left to look forward to. They made me feel like a family and made sure I was taken care of. I like that the staff and the housing is suitable to help change a person’s life when they are at a bad part in life. North Fork is the best place to go to change your life from bad to good.

North Fork has really helped me a lot because they taught me to leave my past in the past and to focus on my future. Also what I have learned is that you have to live day by day. The staff have made North Fork a family environment and they will help you with whatever you need to make your day better.
